Budget Trucker Site, Application, and Sales Callas Privacy Policy – Your Privacy Rights

This Privacy Policy applies to the sites, emails, and apps where it appears, as well as information gathered on phone calls.

FMCSA Compliance Services, LLC doing business as Budget Trucker (the "Company”, "Budget Trucker", "we", "us" or "our") respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it though our compliance with this policy. This Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the websites,, (each a "Site" and collectively the "Sites"), mobile applications (Budget Trucker, Freight Club), and any communications with Budget Trucker representatives, such as phone calls, and emails, and the ELD and related services, equipment, and hardware we offer (collectively, our "Services"). This policy also describes our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

We collect contact information. For example, we might collect your name and street address if you register on our site or in our app. We might also collect your phone number or email address. If you choose to invite friends to download our app, we will collect their email address.

We collect information you submit. We collect the information you provide to us or our affiliates, including without limitation, VisTracks, Inc., Geometris, M2M Datasmart, Inc., DOT Compliance Group, LLC. We also collect information when you contact us and during any phone calls with our representatives. Further, we collect public information about you and/or your company on third-party websites and "Safer” data, as well as other public sources of information. We may collect demographic information like your gender, age, date of birth and marital status. We may collect your address or zip code.

We may collect information generated by our Services, including location data. We may collect information generated by our Services, our affiliates’ services, and any hardware or equipment provided by us in longitude, and altitude of your vehicle; your direction of travel; and the time the information was recorded. We also may collect information relating to the time you have spent using Services or interfacing with the Site or the site of any third-party affiliate, including without limitation, VisTracks, Inc. or our other affiliates. We may collect information related to your vehicle. If you are using a mobile application provided by us or an affiliate and disable the GPS functionality on your mobile device, then location information may not be collected and your service may be impacted.

We collect additional information depending upon which services you are interested in. Depending on the service you are interested in, we might collect additional information. For example, if you request information including information about your vehicle and occupation.


We collect information directly from you. For example, we collect information from you if you use our Site or request information. We also collect information if you contact us. We collect information from the Services and hardware we provide, including location data and information. We may collect information you provide to our third-party affiliates.

We collect information from you passively. We use tracking tools like browser cookies and web beacons. We do this on our Sites, apps and in emails that we send to you. We collect information about users over time when you use this Site or app, or the sites or aps of our affiliates. We collect location information from your use of the Services, hardware, and use of the services of our third party affiliates.


We combine information. For example, we may combine information we get from a third party with information we already have or information provided by you over the phone or via interest forms emailed or on our Site.

For example, we share information with our affiliates, including without limitation VisTracks, Inc., DOT Compliance Group, LLC, and other affiliated entities, which in turn may send your information to other third parties for the purpose of providing other services that may be of interest to you. We will share information with our business partners, affiliates, and other third parties for their marketing purposes. If you use our Site or app we will share your information, including name, address, email, telephone number, and date of birth, which you provided to us or that we obtained from third-party sources.

You can opt out of receiving our marketing emails. To stop receiving our emails, email customer support at, or follow the instructions in any promotional message you get from us. Even if you opt out of getting marketing messages, we will still send you transactional messages. These include responses to your questions. If you opt-out of receiving marketing communications from our business partners with whom we have shared your information, you will still receive marketing communications from us and any other business partners with whom your information was shared.

Our sites and apps are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 without permission from a parent or guardian. We are committed to ensuring that your personal information is secure.
